The “defend the pillars” team rushes to Ikkaku’s location.  They are utterly surprised to see Po’s massive size.  Without wasting time, Iba quickly carries Ikkaku to a safe place.  Iba thinks he is not a match for Po since Po manages to blow his captain away.

Komamura returns to the scene unhurt.  That shocks Po.  The captain commands Iba not to retreat and he begins to release his Bankai.  At the same time, Po is launching his cero attack.  However, Po is amazed by the bankai form.  He wonders who or what exactly is Komamura.  Komamura explains that he is a man and also an insect. His bankai, Kokujountengenmyouou crashes Po with its sword.

In this chapter, we are able to see the captain’s monstrous bankai again.  It is awesome.  This could mean the bankai fest will begin in the following chapters.  The war is going to heat up.  I really want to see Iba’s shikai release and his power.  In the next chapter, we may see the other vice captains in action such as Matsumoto, Sasakibe and Omaeda.

With Ikkaku’s failure to protect the pillar, the fake Karakura is slowly disappearing.  Captain Komamura and Iba quickly remedy the situation with Tetsuzaemon (a place holder for the pillar with similar effect). Yumichika wants to save Ikkaku but he is stopped by Hisagi and Kira.

Meanwhile, Baragan is pleased with his subordinate success.  However, the shinigami side is shocked with Ikkaku’s defeat. Without wasting any time, Komamura punches Po. Po flies far back because of that punch.  Po is not impressed with the punch.  He wants to show to the captain the real punch.  Boy, that punch is a powerful punch.

After exhibiting the punch, Po decides to release his true form by saying, “Breath, Calderon.”  With that release, Po grows bigger.  He is so huge that he stuns Iba.

Tomorrow will be a wonderful day for all Heroes fans.  Finally, after months of waiting, the first two episodes of Heroes will be aired.  I am very excited to see the return of our favorites characters like Hiro, Sylar, Claire, Mohinder, Peter, and more!

The season 3 theme is Villains.  Thus, I am expecting a lot of actions and cool visual effects.  I hope this season will be as thrilling as the first season.  We need more villians to keep our heroes busy.

As for me, I want to see cool new powers.  I am looking forward to mysteries and secrets in the story.  I just cannot wait to give the review for each episode.
