Even greater than the ‘ultimate’ blade swings down!

Zaraki still enjoys the battle as the battle keeps on going. Nnoi is perplexed with Zakari’s optimism in the fight. Zaraki even congratulates Nnoi for being able to stab him back so that they are on even ground now. Nnoi does not understand the reason Zaraki is still alive after being stabbed for so many times. He has six arms with six scythes. He should be on the more advantageous side.

Zaraki realizes if he keep this going on, he will lose the fight so he decided to use a different technique to battle the espada. Okay. So, this is the lame part. Instead of using one hand to hold the sword, he is going to hold it with two hands! Is that the only improvement for Zaraki or story advancement for this chapter? I think Zaraki will never learn his shikai. He will probably never learn to do his Bankai. I can see that he only likes to fight. He does not have to learn his shikai or bankai. He probably never will. That is his character.

I hope he does not beat Nnoi just because he uses two hands to grip his sword or Nnoi will look like a pansy. It will be very embarrassing. Since Nnoi can grow six arms, he may be able to grow a couple more legs and truly turn himself into a mantis.

Similar to American Dad, Family Guy is back after almost a month. I have to say the inconsistency of the airing schedule is making me loose my interest. Nevertheless, this story is just okay. Not great but not bad either. Stewie and Brian have small parts for this one.

This story is mainly about Peter losing his identity to James Wood. James Wood is seeking revenge by stealing Peter’s identity. He steals Peter’s identification documents and then, claims that he is Peter Griffin. Since James has the document, even the police cannot do anything about this. So Peter tries to get his identity back but he always fails. James Wood actually makes a better than Peter as he attends to the family needs.

With Brian’s help, Peter manages to get his rights back by claiming that he is James Wood. This method makes sense because since James Wood is Peter, then no one is James Wood. So Peter will fill the gap. Using James Wood identity, Peter tries to destroy James Wood’s reputation.

Don’t be a blabber mouth!

Yes! American Dad is back on the idiot box. This episode is pretty hilarious for me. A lot of funny parts are contributed by Roger who acts as the family psychiatrist (just for this episode, I think). Well, we all know Roger is the master of pretending. In fact, the outside world is still unaware of Roger’s existence. So far, only Stan’s family knows about this. If somebody else knew, Stan would probably do something about it.

Roger’s performance in this episode is effortless. He has been pretending for quite a couple of episodes already. I really enjoy the jokes that he makes. Francine is attempting to know more about Stan’s work life but Stan is very reluctant. He is doing so because of his job responsibilities as a CIA agent. Well, this story is about Stan opening up to Francine. I can understand that but seriously, secrets are not meant to be kept alone. It should be shared. Don’t you think so too? The disclosure is the most exciting part IMHO.

In the other part of the episode, Steve’s bee affection makes him do silly things and it also causes him troubles. Unfortunately, this part of the story is not on par with the main storyline. I feel it more as a filler.
